Intro to Publications is a class to take if you’re interested in newspapers or yearbooks. Newspaper doesn’t always have to be about writing – you can learn new things about what’s going on in the world.“The goal of the class is to get students prepared to join either the anchor staff or the yearbook staff,” yearbook teacher David Zorn stated. “After taking this semester course, they should be ready to join either publications and start producing content right away.” I asked Mr Zorn stuff that he covers in the class and he said, “We cover interviewing, Newswriting, Photography, Design, podcasting,” Last year I took this class and loved it. I learned a lot about journalism and publishing and how it’s not easy but it’s something you need to learn.
